Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, offering easy access to many attractions, though the rooms could benefit from a renovation. The service was accommodating, especially in fulfilling special requests. The dining options were varied, and the facilities provided a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was comfortable with a nice bed, but the heating seemed inadequate even with the air conditioning on. The service was friendly, accommodating our sauna request, but the paid airport shuttle was a downside. The location was convenient, close to the main train station and the city center, although the walk to Old Town was fair. The dining options were good with vegetarian and vegan dishes but no specific comments on the facilities.
I was pleased with my stay at this hotel. The rooms definitely need renovation, especially the bathroom, but they come with good facilities and comfortable beds. The service was accommodating, from the porter to Natalie who helped with our sauna request. The hotel's location was ideal, situated between the main rail station and very close to the Old Town Square. The dining options were varied, and I particularly enjoyed the best pizza offered. The facilities were satisfactory, and overall, it was a decent experience.
